Galvanized Level Two System

The galvanized level two system has been produced to facilitate the operator’s activities and make a connection between different levels of production. This system helps the production operators monitor and control the production line and, as a result, provides the possibility of automatically receiving production results from level one and sending it to information systems; and also provides a safe and secure platform for controlling the galvanized line.

Also, it is possible to check the production conditions for the heads and supervisors of the line and quality assurance unit by storing the quantitative and qualitative production parameters and creating a production certificate for each coil.
Considering the fact that in many galvanized sheet production sites, this product is delivered to the customer as the final product, examining the sheet production conditions plays a vital role in following up customer claims and improving the quality of the final product. The existing communication platform for communication with information systems has made it possible to exchange with different parts of information systems, including halts, fluid energy, roller workshop, and laboratory, in order to mechanize some aspects of these sections. Web-based design and responsiveness of pages make it possible to use this software on mobile, tablet, and computer systems.

Problems This Product Solves For The Employer

The galvanized level two system as the communication interface between level one (PLC) and information systems (level three) allows users to automatically receive information from level three and send it to level one and vice versa, which reduces operator errors. The result of this system can be used to calculate the cost of products. It also provides the possibility of reviewing and optimizing production conditions for senior users by storing the profiles of production coils and creating product identification. The galvanized level two system as the communication interface between level one (PLC) and information systems (level three) allows users to automatically receive information from level three and send it to level one and vice versa, which reduces operator errors. Screenshots of Essential User Pages and Their Introduction

The input operator uses this page to enter the input coils data and control the line input. The input operator can use this page to monitor the general knowledge of the production line and exchange information with information systems and the PLC line.

The output operator uses this page to control the line output. The output operator can use this page to monitor the general information of the production line, track the boiling point of the coil, control the production line output, and exchange information with information systems and the PLC line. This module is also able to connect to the printer service to print the specifications of the coil being produced on the sheet.

This page is provided for line head chiefs and supervisors to monitor galvanized line conditions instantly. The line head chiefs and supervisors required data is collected from all input, output, and process areas in continuous time cycles from line PLCs. It is stored for each coil in the above-mentioned time intervals. The information on this page, along with other parameters requested by the user, is used in control reports based on time intervals or the number of input and output coils.

Users can receive various reports based on the stored information.
