IRISA Management hereby declares that, it has intensively intended to lead and manage the company
on the basis of principles embodied in the quality assurance system.
This system is implemented through organizing and developing the management system and using
software design international methodologies to support the software production cycle and
ensure the conformance of software product with the users requirements.
In order to fulfill the mission, each employee involved in the company operation is responsible
to guarantee the desired quality in his sphere of activities of the company. Each system analyst
and relevant manager is responsible for the quality of the developed software.
The manager of each department is responsible for the implementation of the quality system in the
relevant department to facilitate the attainment of company objectives as follows:
To improve and consolidate work conscience and socio-economic disciplines as well as preserving
human honor of the employees.
To create and improve the interests of the personnel to the company.
To produce systems and software conforming to the customer requirements and authorized standards of system and software development.
To promote the development of corporate culture and continuous improvement of organization and methods in the company.
To carry out continuous training (minimum 5 present of working time of each employee), job rotation participation of personnel to the computer and system exhibitions and seminars to improve personnel qualification.
To plan and carry out research projects on system and software issues.
To improve productivity and decrease production costs by applying reusable software.
This quality manual, prepared based on the company quality policy and ISO 9001;2000 standard, describes the company quality system in different areas.
